　　删除这个：

<iframe name="showad" src="index_body.php?dopost=showad" frameborder="0" width="100%" id="showad" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" marginheight="5"></iframe>

　　这个就是框架调用的代码。

　　这样删除了广告，后台加载速度就会快些了。不会卡死了。
